How to place an order?

You can place an order on as following:

  1. Create an account with us.
  2. Choose the product you wish to buy.
  3. Select assumed details like quantity, color, size etc.
  4. Click the Buy Now/Place order button.
  5. Select your mode of payment.
  6. Proceed with order placing confirmation.

Order will be placed ‘Successfully’.

Will I get to know if the product I choose is going on sale/promotion?

Unfortunately, items that go on sale/promotion are not marked down unless it actually gets in action. The best way to catch the sale/promotion is to keep tracking the marketplace.

How do I order a product that has gone “Out of Stock”?

Unfortunately, your chosen product is not available, but you can mail us at [email protected] and we will let you know once it is available In-Stock.

What all is there in “My Personal Account Page”?

“Account Page” contains all details regarding your transactions. You can view and update any and every detail by accessing your “Account page”. You can track your order, change password, edit address and phone details. You can even check the status of your order through your “Account Page”.

If I have any account on your site, what benefits will I get?

How do I know that my Order has been confirmed and will be processed?

Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation mail from [email protected] This mail will contain your Order details like Order ID, Product details. Kindly use your Order ID as reference while interacting with our customer service/support executive.

How to get coupons? notifies its customers about any promotional activity on the site through mail.

How do I Unsubscribe from any of your mailing lists?

To unsubscribe from our mailing list kindly write to us at [email protected] and our customer care representative will unsubscribe your email address.

What are the available “Payment Modes” on your site?

Will it be safe if I use my Credit Card or Debit Card on your site?

We ensure there is no breach and violation in the rules and regulations set for Online Payment Security.

Do you have “Cash on Delivery” option as a mode of payment?

Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery service, you need to check with your delivery area pincode for avail serviceability.

Do you charge VAT/Service Tax on any purchase?

Urban Trend does not charge any extra tax for Online Purchase.  The amount is already implicit in your purchase value. You are not required to make any additional payment.

How long will it take for my order to get delivered?

Once you opt for any product, the dispatched time can be viewed by you on the product page. It varies according to the products.

*In case where the product is SOLD OUT or due to some uncertain occurrence the delivery time may add some more days.

Do you charge any extra shipping charges?

All orders shipped across the country are free of shipping charges.

I accidentally filled an incorrect shipping address. How can I change it?

If you have just finished placing your order, then immediately call our customer support desk and we will change the address to the correct one and ship the order to you. In case you have found it later, then also please call our customer support desk and we would be happy to get your order delivered to you.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship to international locations.


For International Orders, transaction will be accepted in USD (American Dollars). There will be a shipping charge of $7.49(Per Product).
*Custom duty will be an add on charge as per the Government of Delivered Country.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a mail from us with the Carrier’s Tracking URL and your Tracking Number. You can use the Tracking Number in the URL to keep a track of your purchase.

How do I change or cancel my order?

If you need to cancel or change your order you just need to write to us on [email protected] Please be informed that some products are shipped very soon after order is placed, in those cases, it will be very difficult to cancel your order.

If I want to return the product I have purchased, what do I do?

If you are not 100% satisfied with the product you have purchased from, you can return within 7 days of your purchase and get a full refund (P.S. Returned products should not be damaged should be in the state in which you received and in the original packaging bag/bags).

In how much time is the refund processed?

It may take standard business days for your return to reach Urban Trend. Once it is received and inspected (within 72 working hours), your refund will be processed and will reflect in your account in 2 business days.

*Please note that depending on your Credit/Debit Card Company, it may take additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

If I don’t like the product I purchased, can I get a replacement?

You just need to write to us on [email protected]  and we will replace your purchase with any of your chosen “new” product (of the same amount of original purchase). New order will be processed only upon receipt of the old purchase.

If I return my purchased product, will I bear the shipment charges?

No, Urban Trend will bear the Shipment charges of your returned product(s), only in case the product is not damaged/tampered and is in original packaging.

*For pincodes where reverse pick up facility is not serviceable, customer has to return the product themselves and they would get a purchase voucher for the expense. The purchase voucher can be redeemed at the time of placing a new/fresh order.
